20ml sugar syrup

25ml lemon juice

1 egg white

ice
This modern and refreshing whisky sour is made with Chivas XV a 15 year old whisky that's finished in Grande Champagne Cognac casks. Serves 1

Add all the ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to combine

Now add ice to the shaker and shake again, then remove ice for a final shake

Strain into a chilled glass and serve
