Cereal Daze

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crunchy Nut cereal
  • 1 cups milk of your choice
  • 30ml amaretto
  • 30ml vodka

We think the milk left after eating cereal is often the best part. Add amaretto and vodka and it most definitely is. You can even experiment using your favourite cereal and liqueurs

  1. Put cereal and milk in a bowl together and leave, covered, in the fridge for an hour, or until cereal is soggy.
  2. Place all in blender and blitz. Strain liquid through a fine strainer or cheesecloth and discard solids.
  3. Add cereal milk to an ice-filled cocktail shaker along with the amaretto and vodka and shake well. Fine strain into a glass and garnish with whipped cream and cereal.
