Brandy Toffee Punch

Ingredients

  • cup brandy
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • additional fruit slices to garnish (optional)
  1. Place brandy, apple juice, caramel sauce and ground ginger in a saucepan over a medium heat. Stir constantly to ensure sauce and ginger have dissolved
  2. Reduce to a low heat and add cider, lemon juice and sliced apple. Stir to combine and heat for 10 minutes before serving
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with additional fruit slices, if desired
