Bourbon Hokey Pokey


  • For the hokey pokey rim:
  • 1 Crunchie bar, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • For the cocktail:
  • 90ml honey bourbon
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/4 milk
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup

The classic Kiwi ice cream flavour made with honeycomb pieces is recreated here in adult form with honey bourbon. Mmmmmmm. Serves 2

  1. To make the hokey pokey rim, spoon golden syrup onto a small plate. Dip glasses into golden syrup to create a thin line around the rim of each glass, then dip into the crushed Crunchie bars
  2. Place cocktail ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into two ice-filled glasses and top with extra Crunchie bar, if desired
