BLACK CHERRY BOURBON SOUR

Ingredients

  • 60ml Wild Turkey Longbranch Bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon black cherry jam or compote
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 drops bitters
  • ice

Since black cherries are native to both Kentucky and Texas, we’ve created this Black Cherry Bourbon Sour to honour the launch of Wild Turkey Longbranch Bourbon

  1. Add all ingredients, except the bitters, to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice).
  2. Add ice and shake hard again.
  3. Strain into a glass and add three drops of bitters to the foam.
