Baileys Cream Egg Float

Ingredients

  • For the glass:
  • 1 bottle hardening chocolate sauce
  • For the drink:
  • 4-5 large scoops vanilla ice cream
  • - 1 cup milk (depending on desired thickness)
  • cup Baileys
  • 2 tablespoons advocaat

This eye-catching Easter cocktail is fun, delicious and super-easy to make. Serves 2

  1. Place two large glasses in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool. Remove and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
  2. Place ice cream, milk and Baileys in a blender and whizz for 30 seconds. Pour evenly between pre-prepared chilled glasses and top each drink with a tablespoon of advocaat.
  3. If not making a thick drink, you may want to add a scoop of ice cream first, to sit the advocaat on top of.
