Ingredients

  • 60ml rum
  • 6 dashes of Angostura aromatic bitters
  • 30ml sugar syrup
  • 30ml lime juice
  • rosemary

A classic daiquiri with a sweet kick. Makes 1 drink.

  1. Pour the rum, bitters, sugar syrup and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Shake until combined, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
