  • 30ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 15ml runny honey
  • 7.5ml passionfruit syrup
  • 7.5ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 330ml bottle of Macs 3 Wolves beer
  • ice

A cocktail masquerading as a beer, this clever creation is inspired by German flavours and combines Bombay Sapphire gin with apple cider vinegar, passionfruit syrup, honey and beer. Serves 1

  1. Add the Bombay Sapphire Gin, honey, passionfruit syrup and apple cider vinegar to a small, ice-filled beer glass and stir
  2. Top with the Macs 3 Wolves beer
