Uncaging the tiger

The bustling, vibrant and passion-fuelled streets of Singapore are being brought right to New Zealand in Tiger Beer’s latest campaign: Uncage the streets of Singapore

Aimed at recapturing the essence of one of the world’s most electrifying environments, Tiger has created a dynamic campaign to honour and celebrate the culture, music, creativity and food that exist on streets of Singapore, where their beer was born.

One element of this campaign that we’ve been enjoying following at Toast is Tiger’s Woks of Art project where they have strived to fuse creativity and street food to create timeless pieces of art. Check out their video below of how they’ve gone about this sensational journey:

Alongside Woks of Art, Tiger has unleashed another exciting campaign that Toast was lucky enough to be a part of last week: Streets of Singapore. Streets of Singapore is focused on celebrating the culture and vibrancy of street food in Singapore with a series of events showcasing music, food, culture and Tiger beer.

Held at Ponsonby’s Little Easy, low lighting, lanterns and food bustling food stalls made us feel we were immersed in the vibrant street food culture of Singapore.

It’s not too late to get yourself along to one of these fantastic events. There are two more being held in Auckland:

Friday 29th April Portland Public House in Kingsland
Sunday 1st May White & Wongs in Auckland’s Viaduct
