Last weekend, a record 7700 craft beer lovers were treated to the fourth edition of GABS Beer, Cider & Food Fest, presented by Liquorland in Auckland. Check out the gallery and highlights!
On Saturday, June 29, beer lovers descended on ASB Showgrounds in Auckland to enjoy GABS 2019 in all its glory. Highlights included almost 90 'Festival Beers & Ciders' made exclusively for the event, a bustling marketplace of the country's best breweries, panel discussions with leading brewers, beer and food cooking demonstrations, as well as a 'Boilermaker Bar' pairing Renaissance beers with delicious whiskies, gins and bourbons.
Some of the city's best street food vendors were serving up tasty treats, and attendees were thrilled to witness high-octane circus acts, roving performers and of course, the now-famous singalong of 'Bohemian Rhapsody' to close each of the two sessions with GABS house band 'The Ale Capones'.
