What are you most looking forward to about summer?
Taking the kids fishing, having a few rounds of golf, cooking Texas barbecue, taking the family to Tiri Tiri Matangi and Waiheke etc, getting stuck into the brewery and manufacturing enough booze to satisfy the thirsts of an insatiable New Zealand.
What style/styles do you see yourself drinking a lot of this summer?
Mostly gin and tonic.
It’s the hottest day of the year and you’ve just mown the lawns. What
beer would you most hope to find in your fridge?
You can’t go past a good one-litre can of Russian Lager at ice temperature. Either that, or a fresh Steinlager classic.
