DANCING SANDS SOUTHSIDE FIZZ

Ingredients

  • 45ml Dancing Sands Dry Gin
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • soda water, to top up
  • ice cubes
A refreshing cocktail that will jazz up any winter event. Serves 1.
  1. Add gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and mint into shaker or jar.
  2. Stack with ice, attach lid firmly and shake vigorously.
  3. Double strain into a highball glass and top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with a small mint tip if desired.
